1. Limited Responsibility
Our spa (Wonderland Healing SPA), is committed to providing a safe environment. However, as a valued member, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged during your visit. We encourage all members to use the lockers provided for their personal belongings and to keep high-value items at home.
2. Physical Condition and Safety
Your safety is our priority. By participating in any spa services, you confirm that you are in good physical and mental health. All members acknowledge that spa treatments (e.g., massage, facial, scalp treatment) carry inherent, albeit rare, risks and accept all responsibility for their decision to utilize these services. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual if we believe their safety or health may be compromised.

We respect your privacy. All personal information we collect for membership is handled securely and only used for spa operations, including but not limited to scheduling, service history, and member-exclusive communications. We will not sell your information to any third parties without your explicit consent. Please refer to our separate, comprehensive Privacy Policy (as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act, CCPA) for further details on your rights and how we protect your data.
